Toro

Flight Numbers
4
Speed
How fast the disc must be thrown to fly as intended. Scale of 1–14. A speed 4.0 disc is forgiving and works well at moderate arm speeds.
2
Glide
How long the disc stays in the air. Scale of 1–7. Higher glide means more distance potential, but less control in wind.
1
Turn
High-speed tendency to veer right (for right-hand backhand). Scale of +1 to −5. Negative values mean the disc turns right at speed.
3
Fade
Low-speed finish to the left (for right-hand backhand). Scale of 0–5. Lower fade means a gentler, more predictable finish.

Innova on the Toro

Calvin Heimburg was the inspiration behind the Toro. He wanted a flat-top, overstable, mid-range disc that he could have confidence in—something that could handle his level of forehand torque. After several variations, the Toro was created and named by Calvin.

Plastic
Show every plastic type. Use this to reset the plastic filter. Created with a special blend of grippy, resilient polymers — Star offers the same outstanding durability as Champion plastic plus improved grip. Slightly less firm than Champion, making it slightly less overstable out of the box. The benchmark plastic for professional play. Innova's premier hi-tech plastic — beautifully clear, extremely durable, and designed for outstanding performance in all conditions. Champion discs are typically a touch firmer and more overstable than the same mold in other plastics, retaining their flight characteristics for a long time.
Weight
Show every weight. Use this to reset the weight filter. Lighter discs are easier to throw far with less arm speed. Great for younger players or windy conditions. Mid-range weights suit most players. A good balance of control and distance for average arm speeds. Heavier discs are more wind-resistant and hold their line better at high arm speeds. Preferred by experienced players.
