CD1

Flight Numbers
9
Speed
How fast the disc must be thrown to fly as intended. Scale of 1–14. A speed 9.0 disc is forgiving and works well at moderate arm speeds.
5
Glide
How long the disc stays in the air. Scale of 1–7. Higher glide means more distance potential, but less control in wind.
-1
Turn
High-speed tendency to veer right (for right-hand backhand). Scale of +1 to −5. Negative values mean the disc turns right at speed.
2
Fade
Low-speed finish to the left (for right-hand backhand). Scale of 0–5. Lower fade means a gentler, more predictable finish.

Discmania on the CD1

CD1 handles just about any wind condition with ease but is most well suited for tailwinds and calmer weather. The CD1 gives you the right amount of glide and shot shaping options, but will always maintain enough stability to end with a smooth low speed fade in the end. If you only had one disc to play a round with, this disc would be an excellent choice.

Plastic
Show every plastic type. Use this to reset the plastic filter. Discmania's premium 5-star plastic — superior grip and feel with just the right balance of rigidity and flex. Slightly softer than C-Line, making discs a touch less overstable and easier to shape. Discmania's most durable plastic — retains original flight characteristics for an extended time. Excellent grip, a striking see-through look, and typically the most overstable blend in the lineup.
Weight
Show every weight. Use this to reset the weight filter. Lighter discs are easier to throw far with less arm speed. Great for younger players or windy conditions. Mid-range weights suit most players. A good balance of control and distance for average arm speeds. Heavier discs are more wind-resistant and hold their line better at high arm speeds. Preferred by experienced players.
