High-speed tendency to veer right (for right-hand backhand). Scale of +1 to −5. Negative values mean the disc turns right at speed.

Prodigy Disc on the A2

The Prodigy Disc A2 is an overstable utility disc that fills the gap between midranges and putters. The A2 is perfect for power throwers who want to avoid the possibility of their shot turning over. The disc is consistent and reliable in all wind conditions, and perfect for short, trick shots, as well as high wind approach shots. The A2 is a beadless cousin to the A1, and will fly just slightly less stable than the A1. You can expect and extra 30 to 40 feet of glide than the A1.

Prodigy's baseline plastic — optimum feel and grip for putters, approach discs, and midranges. Durable enough to hold its shape, while breaking in naturally over time. A softer, more flexible version of 300 — grippy and forgiving, with added impact absorption that's ideal for approach shots and putts. Prodigy's most popular plastic — premium durability, impeccable grip even in wet conditions, and a stiff rim with a satisfying pop. Often translucent with vivid colors in sunlight. Prodigy's 100% recycled plastic — made from reground discs that didn't meet production standards. A combination of 400, 500, 750, Special Blend, and ProFlex, with a feel similar to 500 plastic. Each disc has a distinctive appearance as a result of the eco-conscious process.
Weight
Show every weight. Use this to reset the weight filter. Lighter discs are easier to throw far with less arm speed. Great for younger players or windy conditions. Mid-range weights suit most players. A good balance of control and distance for average arm speeds. Heavier discs are more wind-resistant and hold their line better at high arm speeds. Preferred by experienced players.
