River

Flight Numbers
7
Speed
How fast the disc must be thrown to fly as intended. Scale of 1–14. A speed 7 disc is forgiving and works well at moderate arm speeds.
7
Glide
How long the disc stays in the air. Scale of 1–7. Higher glide means more distance potential, but less control in wind.
-1
Turn
High-speed tendency to veer right (for right-hand backhand). Scale of +1 to −5. Negative values mean the disc turns right at speed.
1
Fade
Low-speed finish to the left (for right-hand backhand). Scale of 0–5. Lower fade means a gentler, more predictable finish.

Latitude 64 on the River

River is one of our most popular discs of the past decade, probably due to its tremendous GLIDE. The River is a fairway driver for those accuracy shots that demands good control. It is easy to throw and fits most player’s power and skill levels. With small fade and amazing glide, you can really let it fly on those big anhyzer curves.

Plastic
Show every plastic type. Use this to reset the plastic filter. Opto plastic with a glow-in-the-dark additive — all the durability of the Opto line with an enhanced glow effect for night rounds. Charges under any strong light source. Latitude 64's flagship premium plastic — one of the most durable in disc golf, developed to withstand severe punishment in all conditions. Beautiful translucent colors and a stiff, consistent feel that holds flight characteristics round after round. Lightweight Opto plastic — the same durable material modified to produce lighter discs with solid plastic maintained at the rim edges for protection. More glide and easier distance for players with slower arm speeds.
Weight
Show every weight. Use this to reset the weight filter. Lighter discs are easier to throw far with less arm speed. Great for younger players or windy conditions. Mid-range weights suit most players. A good balance of control and distance for average arm speeds. Heavier discs are more wind-resistant and hold their line better at high arm speeds. Preferred by experienced players.
